Dataset is available in form of "ZIP" archive in delimiter-separated format (delimiter: ";") with dot "." as decimal marker. Filename extension: ".csv". Dataset metadata is arranged in the "DATASET_METADATA" subdirectory. MS Excel or a sophisticated database can be used to import tabular data. There are local and time references in use. Local refrence fields are "LOCATION", "REFERENCE" and "REFERENCE_CODE". - "LOCATION" is the root dataset code and main dataset key. - "REFERENCE" stands for the type of a measurement object: building, compartment, pen. - "REFERENCE_CODE" is a code to explicitly differentiate between multiple measurement objects of the same type. Time reference fields are: "MEASUREMENT_PERIOD", "DATE_TIME", "START_DATE_TIME" and "END_DATE_TIME". - "MEASUREMENT_PERIOD" stands for number of measurement time frame; - "DATE_TIME" stands for either time stamp or time frame of a measurement (Format: "YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS"); - "START_DATE_TIME" stands for the start time point of an estimation; - "END_DATE_TIME" stands for the end time point of an estimation; Local and time references can be used to merge different data sources. The "RESULTS" subdirectory contains example of hourly emission calculation on the basis of linkage of asynchronously measured data sources. Data types in use: VARCHAR Character Varying (VARCHAR(n)) up to n characters. Character Varying can contain either a text or a single predefined value or a ":" colon separated predefined value list. DATETIME Datetime Type (DATETIME) NUMERIC Exact Numeric Types (NUMERIC(p, s)) Precision or p is an integer representing the total number of allowed digits in the specified column. Scale or s is also an integer value (s must be a value from 0 top, and its default value is 0) that is used to define the maximum number of decimal places allowed to the right or left of the decimal point. If the number is negative, the left decimal places are considered. Else, the right decimal places are considered.
