  • Nine new species of Sericini are described from Tibetan highlands: Calloserica zhangmuensis Liu & Ahrens sp. n., Gynaecoserica hani Liu & Ahrens sp. n., G. yigongensis Liu & Ahrens sp. n., Lasioserica beibengana Liu & Ahrens sp. n., Nepaloserica nielamuensis Liu & Ahrens sp. n., Neoserica (s.l.) chayuensis Liu & Ahrens sp. n., N. (s.l.) xizangensis Liu & Ahrens sp. n., Serica (s.l.) fashengi Liu & Ahrens sp. n., S. (s.l.) yadongensis Liu & Ahrens sp. n. Records are given for further 25 species, most of them being for the first time recorded from Tibet. Distribution maps of these new species and records are shown along illustrations of habitus and male copulatory organ of the newly described taxa.
